About Us

Mr Gabriel Teo is the Executive Director for Agility Partners Pte Ltd (part of the PhillipCapital Group). He has over 35 years of industry experience in valuation, consulting, investment advisory, property management and finance for all types of residential and commercial properties, as well as specialized properties including quarries, mines and plantations. As a licensed appraiser, Mr Teo has spent more than 10 years working overseas in Jakarta, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Beijing. In the course of his career, he has successfully sold about S$1 billion worth of real estate properties and provided advisory and valuation services to more than 10 companies to facilitate their successful public listing. Mr Teo is currently a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (MSISV) since 1984. He also holds a postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from The Singapore Institute of Management.

Mr P. Tangga Peragasam has been the Managing Director of Jordan Lee & Jaafar Sdn. Bhd. since 1998. He is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer and property consultant with 46 years of experience and his expertise includes valuation of landed property, plant & machinery, business valuation, property management, estate agency and property research & consultancy. Mr Peragasam is actively involved with Professional Associations, Institutions of Higher Learning and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) in Malaysia. He has served as President for the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and PEPS, as well as served in the various committees for Standards & Accreditation. He was awarded the “Valuer of the Year Award” by BOVEAP in 2016.

Ms. Rengganis Kartomo is the Managing Partner of KJPP Rengganis, Hamid & Rekan. Her areas of expertise include valuation of complex commercial projects, business valuation, feasibility study and HBU study. Ms. Rengganis currently serves as the Head of Indonesian Valuation Standards Development Committee. She is also Head of Professional Development of Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI), a committee member of Indonesian Consultants Association (INKINDO), Indonesian Real Estate Developers Association, an associate member of Appraisal Institute USA and a member of FIABCI.

Ms. Naridtanan Palakavong na Ayuthaya is the Chief Executive Officer of CPM Capital Co. Ltd. She is a Qualified Principle Valuer and also a Certified Valuer (Mass Valuation) by the Treasury Department of Thailand. She serves on the Board Committee of The Valuers Association of Thailand as well as the Research Grant Committee of the ASEAN Valuer Association (AVA).

Mr Lee Tang Keat is the Director of Agility Property Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. He has over 20 years of industry experience in investment advisory, fund management, auction and property management. Mr Lee joined the PhillipCapital Group in 2010 and served as the Fund Manager of Phillip Japan Fund Management Pte Ltd. Concurrently, he also served as a Director of CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd, overseeing its Agency and International Business divisions. Prior to that, he held several positions in JLL over a period of 10 years, including Head of Auction in JLL Singapore, and he last served as the Director of JLL Vietnam.
